Meet & Greet

Prior to your dog's holiday

After contacting us, if we determine that your dog meets our criteria, then we will arrange a meet and greet with you.

This takes place outside of our home in a neutral environment, so that our dogs can give each other a sniff over and get acquainted.

 

All being well, we'll then go to our house, where your dog can have a sniff around, while us humans have a chat.

 

This will generally last a minimum of 45 minutes but may take up to one hour. From your end you can then see how they will get to live with us in a true home from home with love and walks etc. in a lovely environment. From our perspective we can be sure they get on with our dog and family and are happy here.  We may suggest a sleepover.

We will also discuss your dogs individual needs, for example their exercise routine, diet and favourite games. And, of course, you can ask us any questions you may have about our service.

This process can not be rushed. Dogs need time to feel comfortable, if we are not given enough time to judge a dog, we will have to decline them staying with us unduly.
