This may all sound a bit serious but to conform to the Animal Boarding Establishment Act 1963 we are licenced and vet inspected by West Lothian Council. We therefore must adhere to strict conditions, this is to protect the welfare of your dog and us.
Please read carefully as you must agree to all these conditions before booking with us, there are no exceptions! You will be asked to sign this before you dog's boarding commences.

Boarding fee balance to be settled before your dog is boarded.

7 days notice is required for any alteration or cancellation otherwise normal rates will apply.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secured your booking.

Drop off & Collection: If dropped off at 1pm then collection will be on or before 1pm on the day of collection. If you shorten your booking or return earlier than arranged, you will not be refunded.

Late Collections: Will incur an additional charge of up to £10 for 4 hours over the collection time

Any damage caused while boarding will be charged directly to you.

You consent to any images of your dog(s) being used in any marketing material on the website, business pages.

You consent to your dog(s) being boarded and walked with our residential dog.

You consent to your dog(s) leaving the house in a car and going for walks and trips in various locations.

You consent to allow your dog(s) to paddle in water whilst on a walk.

You consent to your dog(s) being allowed off the lead, if you specified they can be.

You MUST disclose any behavioural or health issues which may make your dog unsuitable for boarding in my home. This includes aggression, destruction, excessive barking and antisocial behaviour. Failure to disclose will result in the termination of your contract and your dog(s) will either be placed in suitable boarding kennels (any additional cost met by you) or the person noted as your emergency contact will be asked to collect.

Your agree to be responsible for all costs (including but not limited to medical care, legal fees, etc.) should your dog(s) bite another animal.

Boarding licence regulations require your dog(s) to be fully vaccinated, wormed, and ideally up to date with flea treatments

Proof of vaccination is a legal requirement and must be provided before boarding can commence.

In cases of medical emergency you and / or your emergency contact will be notified as soon as possible and your dog(s) will be taken to your chosen vet, unless circumstances require that they need to be taken to Lamond Vet Practice in Murieston, the nearest vet to us. Please note that if we cannot reach you or your emergency contact then the vets decision for treatment will be final. A deceased dog will be taken to either your vets or ICare Pet Crem in Whitburn to await your return, and any costs / cremation costs will be covered by you. (This section all sounds horrible but our boarding licence states we need to add).

All medical expenses incurred are to be met by you unless negligence is proven on our part.
