Rates, Deposit &  Cancellation Policy

Dog Rate

£40 per dog per night

​

Deposit

We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. So please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this cost should you need to cancel.

Bookings are not confirmed until we have received the deposit.

Balance Payment

Must be paid BEFORE dogs board.

Cancellation

Only balance payments made out with seven days will be refunded.

Drop Off

Agreed in advance, we are fairly flexible however prefer a drop off before 6pm.

 

Collection

Same as the drop off time. So if dropped off at 6pm, collection is by 6pm. 

 

Late Collection

Later collections must be agreed when booking and cost £10 each per block of 4 hours.

Please note, we understand situations change. Flights are late, people get sick etc. We will do our utmost to work around these events as much as possible. 

 

Early Collection

No refund will be given for early collection.

 

Trial Sleepovers

Charged at £40, non-refundable (for example, collecting your dog early)

Payment

We accept cash or bank transfer.

Festive Holidays

If we can we will try to accommodate, note: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and 2nd of January are double rate.
